Domestic Shipping in South Africa:

• Carrier: Curiosity primarily utilises Courier Guy for domestic shipping within South Africa.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. These rates will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before finalising your purchase.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times within South Africa may vary depending on several factors. This includes the availability of items in your order and whether the recipient's address is in an urban or rural area. We will make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates at the time of purchase. Please note that Curiosity African Boutique is located in an outlying area in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu Natal. Our packages can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive locally. 

 

International Shipping Policy

At Curiosity African Boutique, we’re proud to now offer streamlined international shipping through our trusted partner, TUNL (tunl.to), who use FedEx for global deliveries. This means your favourite African treasures can now reach you faster, with transparent rates and professional handling.

  Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the volumetric weight of the items in your cart. These rates are powered by TUNL’s integration with FedEx and provide accurate pricing tailored to your location and order.

• Dispatch Timing

  As we operate from an outlying area, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be collected and transferred to the international dispatch hub. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and courier schedules.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes

  Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority to estimate these potential costs.
